This is the second album from Bjørn Lynne's trance project Divinorum. The CD "Talisman" was produced in England, where Bjørn Lynne has been based since he moved from Oslo to make a full time music carreer for himself in Leeds, UK.

"Talisman" is a somewhat harder album than the previous Divinorum album, "Isms". Many of the tracks have a dominating, powerful atmosphere with strong rhythms and relentless basslines that pull the listener into a kind of sci-fi inspired trance and techno journey. Voice samples from science fiction and old B-movies are used as scene setters for some of the tracks.

The track "Antigravity" made a great impact on the internet and resulted in Bjørn Lynne (aka Divinorum) was featured in the U.S. magazine KEYBOARD Magazine as "underground artist of the month" - the only ever Norwegian artist to achieve this. Furthermore, the track "Biochemical Structure" not only reached no. 3 on the charts of the world's biggest online music site, mp3.com, but also won the main "Champion" prize at MakeAStar.Com, where submitted songs are first judged by a panel of industry professionals, and then put through weeks of public voting combined with even more evaluation by industry professionals and famous producers before the track even reaches the final. This prize is only given to a few select artist and is highly valued by those who have achieved it.

Bjørn Lynne is still keeping his Divinorum project active to this day, and is currently working on new material.
