What is SmsMP3.com?

These are the conditions to become an artist at SmsMP3t:

1) Mp3-files must be of a quality that they are representable.

2) You have to accept, that if we are going to market MP3-files by SMS, you will have 70 % of the income after operators and other costs have been accounted for.

3) For CD sales, yoy have to send us an example, and you have to accept that we take 30 % of the sales price. That is: You keep 70 %. You have to produce the CD's yourselves.

4) We accept that you decide when this agreement is terminated.

5) Both you and us accept a confimation by mail as an agreement.

6) You accept that we can terminate this agreement with no delay if you misconduct, like if the customers don't receive your CD or that you don't have proper rights to the music and the production.

7) You accept to be economicly responsible for everything around the music and the material that we receive friom you.
