Hi! I just want to say many thanks to Lars who has a brilliant concept.... management and musicians SHOULD be on the same level, as it is a co-operative effort that makes great things happen! I also believe in placing the power in the hands of the "little guys" and away from huge record companies who don't care at all about the music, only profit.
